This is your opportunity to honor someone, give as a gift, or see your name on a seat in the theater. 210 seats will have name plates with information personally engraved. Each seat is historical in nature. Your donation will support the arts of Georgetown County and allow the Swamp Fox Players to continue to provide quality live entertainment.

Cue The Lights, Cue The Giving

This year the Swamp Fox Players celebrates 54 years of bringing live theater to Georgetown. From original works like Living on the Legacy, to heartfelt productions like Tracy Jones and Bright Star, and crowd-favorite comedies like Nana Does Vegas, our stage has been filled with laughter, music, and connection.

Now, it’s time to prepare for the future. The Strand Theater, our home since 1982, needs critical upgrades in lighting and sound. Thanks to the generosity of the Tamsberg Family Foundation, we have the chance to make it happen: they’ve pledged $27,000 if we can raise the additional $27,000. That’s $54,000 in 54 days to celebrate 54 years!
